Harbin Engineering was retained by Junk-A-Way to provide engineering services to prepare a scrap tire operation plan to assist Junk-A-Way in obtaining a scrap tire processor permit. Harbin Engineering conducted a site visit in March 2019 to aid in the preparation of the operations plan. The operations plan was prepared to meet the requirements of a scrap tire permit as required by the department of natural resources and the EPD. The plan was approved, and the permit was granted in July 2019.
This project for Junk-A-Way demonstrates our knowledge, understanding, and expertise in design, permitting, and field analysis for scrap tire processing facilities.
